At Roxy Projects, we believe the future strength of the construction industry depends upon experienced professionals supporting the next generation.
As part of our commitment to giving back, we offer a limited number of participants a tailored 6-month mentorship program designed to assist emerging construction professionals in developing their industry knowledge, confidence and career direction.

Applications will be reviewed prior to each 6 monthly intake at the beginning of each calendar year and EOFY period.

DEVELOPING FUTURE LEADERS

Mentorship Program

The Roxy Mentorship Program is currently offered at no cost and is limited to a maximum of two participants during each 6-month intake.

Participants receive:

  • Six-month mentorship program
  • One structured one-hour session each month
  • In-person or Microsoft Teams meetings
  • Practical industry guidance
  • Career development support
  • Exposure to real-world project delivery concepts
  • Access to lessons learned from more than two decades within the Victorian construction industry

Eligibility Requirements

  • Be 35 years of age or younger
  • Be currently studying or employed within the construction industry
  • Demonstrate a genuine commitment to professional development
  • Commit to active participation throughout the six-month program
